The Australian Federal Police hope with the launch of a new missing persons website it will help solve cold cases.
There’s currently 2500 people listed as long term missing across the nation.
They include the long-running and high profile North-West cases of missing young Burnie mother Helen Munnings, who was last seen in July 2008, and 69 year-old man Nicola Salese, who was last seen at Sheffield in November the same year (both pictured here)

Dr Mark Tartouh, who’s acting manager of forensics at the Australian Federal Police, says the new website is more user friendly than before.
