Former Home & Away star and Aussie mum Tammin Sursok has teamed with a major global retailer to crack down on the cost of living and help a family with a makeover for a kid’s room.
She says “A kid’s room is their little place in the world. It should be filled with the things they love and bring their personality to life. That’s why the Amazon Ultimate Yes Day Makeover is such an exciting competition – what kid wouldn’t want to be able to design their dream bedroom and not have the word “NO” said once by a grown-up!?
It’s a great idea as the YES philosophy is gaining momentum across the globe as a way to get people out of their comfort zones by saying yes to things they wouldn’t have before.
Saying YES means making the most of every opportunity and encounter. Use it to overcome your insecurities, beat fear, to get through failure, criticism, rejection, and embarrassment. It’s a positive influence.
We all remember Tammin from her role as Dani Sutherland in Aussie Soap Home & Away (2000-2004) but she’s been doing great things since then like a stint on Pretty Little Liars which still has people Googling to see if she is blind in real life.
While overseas she became an American citizen and a Mum but she famously “accidentally” moved back to Australia during the pandemic. A good decision Tammin, we missed you.
You can enter to win the Ultimate Yes Day Makeover Here and check out Tammin back on our screens in Blood, Sweat and Cheer a film about a suburban divorcée who masquerades as her teenage daughter in a twisted attempt to make the dance squad at a local high school.
