Police look for witnesses to Clarendon Vale attempted robbery

Update:

A teenager has been arrested in relation to an alleged attempted aggravated armed robbery.

Tasmania Police believe the 19 year old used social media to lure a Glenorchy man to Clarendon Vale, with the intention of robbing him.

The male was interviewed and charged by police and will appear before an out of hours court.

Earlier:

Investigations are underway after an attempted aggravated armed robbery.

Police were called to Clarendon Vale at around 4:30pm yesterday afternoon, finding a 33-year-old man with his vehicle on Bradman Street.

The Glenorchy resident had sustained minor injuries to his upper body after an unknown man attempted to rob him.

No one else was involved in the incident.
