Two young people were arrested at Lutana at 1.45pm over the wounding of two people at the Harris Scarfe in Moonah.
A man was taken to the Royal Hobart Hospital in a critical but stable condition with a stab wound to the stomach.
Another person was treated at the scene for a minor injury.
