Latrobe Council Mayor Peter Freshney says Chocolate Winterfest continues to be one of Tasmania’s most unique regional events, with the event offering far more than delicious chocolate, “It’s a celebration of creativity, community and local business.”
There’s just over one week until the event lands in Latrobe next Sunday, with preparations for the more than 30 chocolate-themed events and activities across 26 venues well underway.
Among this year’s highlights are the Chocolate Masterclasses hosted by internationally respected Belgian chocolatier Igor van Gerwen at Anvers as well as the return of the Chocolate Wonders Wearable Art competition.
