Hobart’s median house price rose 3% in the quarter ending June, the largest increase of all Australia capitals in the latest Domain report.
The median house price for Hobart is just shy of $726,000.
On the other hand, Hobart’s unit prices grew the least of all the capitals, up by just 0.6% to a median of $542,000.

For the record, Sydney’s median house price is now $1.7 million.
