Braddon MP Felix Ellis says he’s taking his campaign to be re-elected in the next month’s state election back to grass roots level.
In fact, he’s put the invitation out there for constituents to host him at their kitchen table.
Mr Ellis says many people in the community have questions about politics and he believes politicians should be as accessible as possible.

He says the kitchen table meetings will make it easy for people, their families and friends to share their hopes for the feature and he’s keen to drop in for a cuppa and a chat.
Mr Ellis has also put the call out for people to volunteer for his campaign, host an election poster in their front yard, or make a donation.
