The Burnie City Council is expected to adopt its City Centre Urban Plan on Tuesday night.
A motion to be tabled at the monthly council meeting for February recommends the council adopt an amended 160-page plan.

The first draft for the plan was released in June last year, with community feed back workshops held in August.
The community was last month invited to again review the plan following the initial consultations, with the final draft to be tabled tonight.
The feedback summary covers the foreshore Norfolk pines, cycling infrastructure, foreshore redevelopment, green spaces, public amenities, community engagement and cultural events, urban planning and development, environmental considerations and public transport.
