Guns and drugs have been seized in a police search in Launceston that started as a call out for a family violence complaint.
At the Waverly property yesterday (Saturday) police seized a shortened pump action shotgun, a loaded semi-automatic pistol, ‘ice’, MDMA and $5,000 cash.
A 27 year old man is facing court on charges today (Sunday).

Earlier this week a 43 year old local man, who was pulled over driving in Deloraine, was arrested where police found $1 million dollars of MDMA and ‘ice’, along with charges related to 12 firearms.
