PART 1: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
In this session tailored exclusively for seniors, you’ll engage in a variety of activities that promote relaxation, connection, and joy.
Gentle Chi-Kung Movements: Discover the calming benefits of these gentle exercises that enhance flexibility, balance, and overall vitality. Perfect for all abilities, these movements can be done seated or standing.
Body Percussion: Engage in rhythmic body percussion to awaken your inner musician. This fun activity helps improve coordination and encourages a sense of community.
Group Song to Boost Mood: Experience the joy of singing together! Join in on a selection of uplifting songs that will elevate your spirits and foster a sense of belonging.
Guided Meditation for Relaxation and Stress Relief: Wind down with a soothing guided meditation that encourages mindfulness and deep relaxation. This practice will leave you feeling refreshed and centred.
A Light afternoon tea will be provided, allowing for social time before the next session.
