Open Doors Day
Join us for The Strength Den’s Open Doors Day on the 4th of July from 10am to 2pm.
We’re opening our doors to the community to share a space that’s built on connection, support, and a strong sense of belonging.
As Burnie’s largest gym, proudly locally owned and family-oriented, we’re proud to offer something a little different. We are a place where people of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable walking in and getting started.
On the day, you’re welcome to come in, have a look around, meet our team, and experience the gym at your own pace.
You’ll find:

• Train alongside the TSD crew
• Fitness challenges
• BBQ and refreshments
• A range of prizes and giveaways
• Opportunities to connect with our members and local business partners
We’re also lucky to be joined by some great local businesses including Muscle Gen Supplements, Overlap, Deep Exhale and Sculpt, with more to come.
This day is really about opening up our space to the wider Burnie community and giving people a chance to see what training here looks like in a welcoming environment. We’d love to have you drop in and be part of it!
