In Conversation with Greg Cure
Join us as local Tasmanian, Greg Cure, talks about his book Tasmanian Wake (Tasmania’s Last Villages). His book reminisces about parts of Tasmania which have mostly disappeared.
It starts in 1948 in Strahan, the author’s hometown, travels from Strahan to Burnie and down the spine of Tasmania, the Midlands and finally to Hobart. Greg will talk about his book with a strong focus on Burnie in the “Pulp era’.
