English Country Dancing

Join us for English Country Dancing—a fun and engaging way to get some exercise for both your body and mind! No experience is necessary, and you don’t need to bring a partner. Enjoy an hour and a half of lively sequence dancing in sets, followed by a relaxing cup of tea.

We meet from 2 PM to 4 PM, so wear comfortable shoes suitable for dancing. Come ready to socialize and have a great time!
