After a hiatus in 2024, North West Boardriders host the 2025 Phantom Coast Classic presented by 100.9 7BU & 101.7 Sea FM.

With a two month waiting period event organisers will be looking for Bass Strait to fire up on a weekend during August/September.

A huge pool of cash and prizes are on offer for the event that will feature a flexible format that will depend on conditions and entry numbers.

In the past we have ran the Eddie Aikau format, but don’t rule out a traditional knockout format if the swell hangs around for long enough!

There will be divisions for Juniors, Opens and 0/40’s for both men and women.
