Tasmania Police has confirmed a fire that destroyed a building at Millbrook Rise in New Norfolk in the early hours of Monday October 5, was deliberately lit.
The Derwent building had been abandoned for some time – authorities confirming yesterday it had been used by squatters in the past.
Anyone with information in relation to the fire, or suspicious activity in the area around the time, is asked to contact Bridgewater CIB on 131 444 and quote OR818618.
