This week is National Mental Health Week and this year’s theme is “appreciate the little things” with Tasmanians encouraged to tap into their individual strengths, to understand, value, and take charge of their own mental health and well-being.

A number of activities are being held to mark the week, including some on the North-West Coast.

Art exhibitions are being held at Kentish House at Sheffield, with the theme of Seven Magic Minutes and at Regional Arts Network Tasmania in Devonport with the Minds Do Matter exhibition.
