Enjoy a free BBQ sausage sizzle, connect over a cuppa, and receive valuable resources to help those who may be struggling. With conversations with R U OK staff and locals, free resources for support with mental health and engaging discussions emphasising the importance of checking in with your mates, by simply asking the question. This free event will be held in Ulverstone at the Gnomon Pavilion from 11:30am-1:00pm this Saturday 28th of September.
