The RUOK? Conversation Convoy hits the North-West Coast on Tuesday, following on from last Friday’s National RUOK? Day.

The R U OK? Conversation Convoy travels to regional communities around the country to help Australians understand the important role they can play in looking out for their friends, family and colleagues.

It’s seen as a key component of RUOK? Day, spreading the message about the importance of mental health, staying connected and having conversations which can help others through difficult times.
