A hearing date has been set for the owner of an inflatable amusements company at the centre of the Hillcest Primary School Tragedy.
Six children were killed and three others seriously injured when wind blew the inflatable jumping castle they were playing on high into the air on December 16th, 2021.
Taz Zorb owner Rosemary Gamble has already pleaded not guilty to a count of failing to comply with health and safety duties under category two.
The hearing was initially scheduled to start on September 2nd, but has now been put back to November 5th.
The delay is to allow for defence and prosecution to have expert inspection of the castle if the coroner allows.
A total of 10 days has been set aside for the heating in the Devonport Magistrate’s Court.
A coronial inquest has been delayed pending the outcome of the criminal case.
