International cruise ship Noordam has made its final visit of the season to Tasmania, docking in Burnie on Tuesday with 1916 passengers and 800 crew on board.
As the cruise season draws to a close in coming weeks, three more ships will stop over in Burnie between now and the end of the month, with the Norwegian Spirit the final ship of the season on March 26th, with 2018 passengers and 912 crew.
Meanwhile TasPorts is working to secure more cruise ship visits for Tasmania next season, with Virgin Cruises Resilient Lady and a number of ships operated by Carnival Lines also withdrawing from Burnie visits.
