A Swansea couple in their 60's accused of murder will soon apply for bail.
More than a decade after Campbell Town man Shane Barker was murdered in 2009, his former parents-in law Cedric Harper Jordan and Noelene June Jordan were arrested, charged and remanded in custody in May this year.
They are accused of shooting the 36 year old father of their granddaughter four times with a .22 rifle at his home.
In 2016, the serious organised crime squad found fresh leads in the case, posting a $250,000 reward.
The accused, who pleaded not guilty, are applying for bail in the Supreme Court this Tuesday.
