Koinz 4 Kids raises record $46K

This year’s Koinz 4 Kidz charity drive has raised more than $45,900.

The campaign was run by 7AD, 7BU and SeaFM Devonport and Burnie throughout the month of July, with this year’s recipient being Coastal charity The Fairy Godmothers.

Katrina Tabart from Fairy Godmothers says she’s blown away by the generosity of North-West Coasters, with the money to be used to buy more equipment for the recently-opened all-abilities playground at Somerset.

Although North-West Coast-based, the Fairy Godmothers has helped families further afield.
