Two Burnie suburbs have come up among a list of regional Tasmanian centres rated in a list of the most affordable suburbs in Australia.
The Canstar Bright Stars Report lists regional Western Australia as the most affordable, with Regional Tasmania ranked fifth most affordable.
A further breakdown of the regional Tasmania list includes Upper Burnie and Shorewell Park among the five mist affordable suburbs.

Launceston suburb Ravenswood leads the way with an average house price of $350,000, followed by George Town at $360,000 and Shorewell Park at $365,000.
Mayfield, in Launceston is ranked fourth with an average house price of $375,000, with Upper Burnie rounding out the top five at $390,000 on average.
