LAUNCESTON voters have delivered Matthew Garwood a resounding victory in the city’s Mayoral by-election.
The 34 year old achieved nearly 58 percent of the vote.
He says it’s a special victory shared by his team including his partner, Michelle, and their new baby.

The by-election was brought on by the resignation of councillor Danny Gibson.
